By accessing the Website, enrolling in a subscription, or purchasing any product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Products & Services

National Gold Reserve LLC provides precious metals–related products and services, including but not limited to:

• Monthly subscription-based precious metals deliveries (commonly referred to as “Gold Box” subscriptions)
• Direct purchases of physical precious metals
• Assistance and facilitation related to precious metals investments, including precious metals purchased in connection with self-directed Individual Retirement Accounts (“Gold IRAs”), coordinated with third-party, IRS-approved custodians and administrators

National Gold Reserve LLC acts as a precious metals dealer and facilitator. We do not act as a custodian, trustee, financial advisor, or tax advisor.

All products and services are subject to availability and market conditions.

2. Subscription Billing & Payment Terms

2.1 Payment Authorization

By enrolling in a Gold Box subscription or other recurring service, you authorize National Gold Reserve LLC to:

• Collect and securely store your payment card information
• Charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Process subscription payments automatically without requiring manual authorization for each billing cycle

You agree to maintain valid and up-to-date payment information on file for the duration of your subscription.

2.2 Billing Frequency

Gold Box subscriptions are billed monthly, unless otherwise disclosed at the time of enrollment. Charges are processed automatically according to the subscription schedule you select.

2.3 Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment fails or is declined for any reason, National Gold Reserve LLC reserves the right to:

• Reattempt the charge
• Pause or suspend deliveries
• Cancel the subscription if payment issues are not resolved

You remain responsible for all charges incurred prior to cancellation or suspension.

3. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

National Gold Reserve LLC does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Subscription charges
• One-time purchases of precious metals
• Market price fluctuations
• Customer preference changes
• Delays caused by third-party carriers, custodians, or market conditions

By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a subscription at any time by providing at least thirty (30) days’ advance notice prior to your next scheduled billing date.

Important conditions:

• Cancellation requests submitted with fewer than 30 days’ notice may result in one final charge and shipment
• All charges incurred prior to the effective cancellation date remain your responsibility
• Cancellation is not effective until confirmed by National Gold Reserve LLC

5. Gold IRA–Related Services

For Gold IRA–related transactions:

• National Gold Reserve LLC assists with the selection and purchase of eligible precious metals
• All custodial, storage, reporting, and tax-related obligations are handled by independent, IRS-approved custodians or trustees
• National Gold Reserve LLC does not provide tax, legal, or investment advice

You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to all terms imposed by any third-party custodian or administrator involved in a Gold IRA transaction.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to:

• Market availability
• Supplier or mint delays
• Third-party carrier issues
• Regulatory or custodial processing timelines (for IRA-related metals)

National Gold Reserve LLC is not responsible for delays beyond its reasonable control.

7. Market Risk Disclosure

Precious metals markets are inherently volatile. By purchasing precious metals or enrolling in a subscription, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Prices may fluctuate significantly
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• National Gold Reserve LLC makes no guarantees regarding appreciation or resale value

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, National Gold Reserve LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or purchase of any products or services.

Any liability, if established, shall be limited to the amount you paid to National Gold Reserve LLC for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property
